I thought I'd write to you to let you know how much we are enjoying
our new bathroom. I marvel every time I go in at your clever design
in building the wall to enable us to have the shower and the
washing/tumble drying machines in our tiny, postage stamp of a
bathroom - something we would never have thought of ourselves. It even feels quite spacious.
The work was done beautifully too. You and your team were (apart
from the mess and dust they generated) a pleasure to have around.

I greatly appreciated the number of times You dropped by every day to check
on the work and the fact that nothing was ever a disaster - just one
example, when the wrong colour silicone was put in (too dark for the
tiles) he got Michael digging it out the following day and
never charged us a penny for the extra work. The tiling, especially,
is a work of art - done slowly and carefully, to our frustration at
the time, but so worth it now.

We were also very aware of the attention we had from you - the fact
that when anything was missing or had gone astray it was ordered and
delivered to our door the next day; that you came round frequently to
check on work too; that if ever I phoned, whoever I spoke to knew
what I was talking about and that messages always got through fast
and were responded quickly. I also appreciated your tolerance of us and
all our demands especially our decision to change the shower size to
everyone's inconvenience.

Dear Plumb,

My husband and I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new
bathroom, now that it's finished.  We're delighted with the extra space the
re-design has given us, and the airy clean lines.  The shower is what we
always hoped for - something offering room to move, combined with a decent
jet. The underfloor heating and new lighting all make for a more luxurious
experience than we ever had in our old cramped bathroom. My son shows his
appreciation by having several showers a day!

We found the design consultations enjoyable.  and did not feel pressurised
into agreeing to things we didn't want or need. Communications with Plumb were easy and the price was within our expectations. The fitter’s workmanship could not be faulted;  he was reliable about turning up and always cleared up well at the end of the day. He and his team worked incredibly hard, and the whole process went very smoothly.

I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with my new bathroom which you designed and which was fitted by your team.
The workers proved to be very reliable and efficient who completed the total renovation of the bathroom in under two weeks. The work was finished to a very high standard indeed, including the tiling and redecoration. They cleared away rubble quickly (not leaving it lying around in the front garden as so many builders do). They were at all times pleasant and courteous and cleared up at the end of each working day.
I have no reservation in recommending you and your team who provided a high standard of workmanship at a very fair and reasonable cost.
